I entered through the white glass doors and walked over to where Alejandro and Eduardo were sitting. They both said: "Dyvon is such a dumbass!" and they both started laughing.
"What is so funny and why is Dyvon a dumbass?" I asked looking confused.
"At sean's birthday party Dyvon wanted to try Sean's motorcycle and he fell off and the wheel cut him because it was still going," Eduardo said. I still didn't get what was so funny about this fatal accident. I did not expect him to come to school, but was I wrong. He walked through the same white glass doors as I did and I saw him with white Band-Aids all wrapped around his legs. He reminded me of a hobo I had seen on the way to school except the hobo had socks wrapped around his legs.
"Hey Dyv, I heard the story. Does it still hurt?" I asked.
"Yes." he replied.
The rest of the day went like this: Everyone asking Dyvon "WHAT HAPPENED?!?!"
