Ghost and Roach slowly followed scarecrow and his men. The only sound was the birds chirping and wings battering as they were about to take off. In a sudden movement, Scarecrow dived to the side as a rocket launcher was fired straight at him from the top of the hill. Ghost used his Scar-H with acog and heartbeat sensor to take out the tango.
"MOVE,MOVE,MOVE!" Scarecrow yelled, directing his men up to the mansion that was just a few meters ahead.
When they finally made it to the mansion, all the doors were locked and Ghost knew that he had to breach the mansion. Roach and Ghost were lined up against either side of the door.
"Ready?" Ghost asked.
"Ready," roach replied.
Host then stuck a semtex to the door and in a matter of seconds, the door blew up. Everything seemed to go in slow motion as as the dust from the blown-up door sprinkled over Ghost and Roach's body when they cleared the room.
as Roach was about to check the basement, Scarecrow came and said " Wait, I better go with you."
Scarecrow is very meticulous about getting any of his men killed under the operation. Scarecrow went first and as he turned the first corner, bullets from a Striker was assimilated into Scarcrow's chest. Roach quickly hip-fired the foe with his MR-42. The enemy slowly succumbed to the penetrating bullets and fell flat on his face.
" Formation in the main room," Ghost said through the radio.
As Roach entered the main room, he saw Ghost in front of some computers with the rest of Scarecrow's men. Ghost turned around and said " Where is Scarecrow?"
Roach held out his hand and in the middleof the palm was Scarecrow's dog tags.
" Dammit!" he yelled as he snatched up the dusty dog tags." We need you to hack into the computers and retreive the files that may contain any intel about Marakarov's hideout.
After the files were retrieved, they made for the choppers that were about 200 meters away from the mansion, but as soon as they stepped out of the door, they saw five juggernautsmaking their way towards the mansion.
"OPEN FIRE!!!" Ghost commanded the men. They had to obey ghost now because they now lionized Ghost since Scarecrow fell.
"BRING OUT THE ROCKET LAUNCHERS!!!" ghost yelled. Five of the men fired the rocket launchers at the juggernauts, but it only slowed them down, it didn't even kill them.
Knowing that nothing of their equipment could take down the juggernauts, they sprinted for the choppers. As they ran for the choppers, roach was hit by one of the bullets that was fired from the five juggernauts. Ghost quickly got a grip of Roach's vest and dragged him towards the helicopters. When they made it to the helicopters, general Shepherd stepped forward to help Ghost, but ionstead he took out his magnum and shot them both.
